World Water Week 2024: Online

World Water Week’s 2024 theme ‘Bridging borders: Water for a Peaceful and Sustainable Future’ focuses on water cooperation for peace and security. It requires recognizing the regional and global interconnectivity of communities and nations and how water-related solutions are key to delivering the Sustainable Development Goals.  

Explore how water can help us tackle the world’s greatest challenges and learn about the role of water in the fight against climate change, poverty, and biodiversity loss. The Week will be shaped by hundreds of convening organizations, driving positive change in a collaborative effort through capacity building and knowledge sharing.
